I was dealing with the U.S. office in the end and even correspondence from the South America was in English. This was them making a point.
Glad to see that they could get a domestic ground experience and an hour-long flight right though.
I have previously had good experiences with them but this trip service (on-board and ground) was just more hit and miss on 4 flights and more than 10,000 miles.
