The coffee makers themselves are similar technology to the existing, with the coffee pods fitting into a tray that slides into the coffee maker. The difference being the coffee is branded Starbucks coffee.

Still the same little lame combo packets of sugar, sweetener and creamer. Trashing both packets to get just two creamers that barely impact the color of the mega-strong coffee is still a drag for me as a 'coffee with cream' drinker.

I really wish hotels would figure this out and just put a handful of loose packets into a tray so that we can have enough of what we want without having to trash everything else. @:-)

I hate those shelf stable "creamer" products, which unfortunately are widely used in Japan. I would probably ring room service or ask the club concierge to get me some fresh milk or cream for my coffee.
