So after doing some research, it seems that this is some ransomware to send money. Similar to the "FBI virus" where your computer locks up and demands you to send money. But after restarting it, everything seems to be okay. My concern is that the ransomware might be already embedded on my computer and if I don't take action right away, the problem could get worse like my computer being hijacked, sensitive information stolen and so on.

Has anyone had this problem before?
