Other issues that plague AC are the debt and pension liability load inherited from the Milton crookery, poor labor relations climate due to management approach, and poor corporate culture inherited from the past, with the customer perceived as the enemy. But labor even more so I suspect.

Then as I already mentioned above, the two-faced game played on the unpredictable. On one hand, lull customer into a sense of absolute security, hinting a flight being routine. Yet still having to deal with the unexpected, such as weather, mechanical issues and the like. Flying not really being routine.

"If the cabin pressure changes" BS, when talking about sudden decompression. I would like a spade to be called a spade rather than that sort of BS.

Or the idyllic picture of a plane landed on water, with all passengers looking like they are going to a picnic...
