Upgrading with miles?
Is this a lot of nonsense? Last time I flew Virgin Atlantic I asked if I could upgrade with miles.

I had an eligible ticket code (R) but they said I couldn't because I have booked through an agent (Concur) and that this would always negate upgrades.

Today a colleague said they had same situation and they were able to upgrade.

Anyone else?
