Stayed in mid-April while on a college search road trip with the youngest chick.

This was my third stay here in the last couple of years and it was certainly the best, probably due to a very friendly, helpful team working the checkout desk.

The lounge food was also much improved given that cooked items were actually hot and not room temperature.

Good recognition of my PLT status.

Basically a good, solid Westin property, they will continue to get my Richmond stays.
