Looking at YYZ-Europe for 2015 Spring, AC/LH do have the most availability, but probably because
- they release 355 days out vs. other carriers
- people know NOT to book them due to high YQ charges, so low demand = supply looks higher

I'll stick with non-YQ carriers on Aeroplan reward
