From what I heard form insiders, that the signature Qatar Airways lounges are ready; but apparently other people say that they are not. However, there definitely will be lounges for these airlines--the Oryx lounge at Hamad.

THe Airport will still relatively be empty, as these four airlines account for 7 daily flights only which means the whole airport can be used a lounge

I expect the rest of the airlines with the exception of Cathay Pacific and QR to move to Hamad by May 19 or 20.
