You can't get anymore accurate than BA App. It uses the same systems as staff in the terminal to source flight info.
The app is better than some of the airport systems. Last time in T5 Galleries my flight flagged up as delayed so I went to the information desk to get some background. They had no record on their system of any delay but after a few phone calls confirmed the aeroplane was late coming in!
