Just completed first trip with this service. Had 5 separate cars booked (GL8s and Passats) and all arrived on time at the hotel for transfer to the airport. Good drivers and cars are all well maintained. All drivers had arranged pre-arranged signs with names for each of us (though they typically don't do this, instead sending text message confirmation of driver arrival with license plate info).

Not sure I would use them over my usual Beijing driver if the price increases significantly after 6/30/2014, but this option was definitely worth it this time. For non-Mandarin speakers with foreign phone numbers, an airport pick-up and meeting driver may be difficult to arrange given inconsistencies of text messages arriving to foreign numbers, and the driver may not be willing to wait with sign at PEK arrivals hall.
