Don't forget that you do need to find one or more fares that actually allow creative routes. The cheapest MH J fares I can find (e.g. MH ZBT1MID JKT to PAR), while attractively priced, certainly don't:

Flight restrictions
THE FARE COMPONENT MUST BE ON
ONE OR MORE OF THE FOLLOWING
MH FLIGHTS 0001 THROUGH 8999.
