Existing cardholders: 300RC (4,500 AM) for $5,000 spending in first two months after card issuance
Existing cardholders:
Must not have both HSBC Plat Visa and Gold Visa - apply for one of them
Cannot have cut cards on or after 1 October 2013 (damn! this tripped me up)
