Southwest hides: (a) routing of a particular flight number, (b ) how much you paid for a ticket, (c) what funds you have remaining in all your "leftover" funds, (d) when those funds expire, and (e) your progress toward a companion pass.

ALL of these are available with some difficulty. But none is easily accessible on the WN website.

That said, the website is 100% better than it was at this time last year.^
