Correct..once and agent end's the PNR it should show up. Phone issues would have nothing to do with that. If it's not there tomorrow, it's likely the agent never finished the transaction. Happens on occasion, i've had it happen before. I had a call a few years ago that just didn't feel right in going too quick. Reservation didn't show up. Sure enough agent never completed the PNR. Had a great agent the second call and could find my PNR was accessed by the other agent but transaction never completed.
Follow up if it's not there tomorrow.
