I haven't seen communications about this service and assuming never works out.

I would love to see an aircraft with WiFi. I fly basically every week. 62000 and $16k spend this year. I find your aircraft to be very inconsistent as far as wifi, ife, power, etc...

I have relegated myself to bringing my own entertainment, food and happy customer service because those things are never available on United as a consistent product.

Where are we to provide Beta Feedback? Never answered 1kvoice?

We’ll gradually expand the new entertainment system to other fleet types, especially those currently without an entertainment option. For now, we are focused on the beta, and we invite you to give your feedback if you’re on an airplane with the new system. (As always, we trust you’ll let us know what you think). To access the full onboard catalog, we suggest using a laptop or the latest version of the United Mobile App on an iOS device.
