To me this is just another completely IDIOTIC move by UA Mgmt. They are all over the PR wires today singing about this new great product that is on less than 1% of their aircraft. This just leads to more people getting on their aircraft and finding out that they've been offered something that's not there.

On the employee site today, the headline is "We're setting the standards for customer service"... what a joke. The employee's commenting on it are foaming at the mouth about what a load of crap it is, and commenting about how embarrassingly bad the product is that they have to stand in front of.
