I failed to meet timely the minimum spend on Citi AA Business Mastercard. It was a 50K offer. CSR and supervisor would or could not do anything about it, even though I had called twice before and confirmed that I had met the $3K spending requirement. I realized what had happened after the points never posted.
Completely my fault as the my usual procedures failed here. It is a bummer and I have moved on, but wondering if the situation is still fixable. Suggestions appreciated!
