Thanks, that's answered my unasked question.

In my case, I cancelled a 2-4-1 award booking with unsatisfactory class and dates a couple of weeks ago. This shows with the 'add FF' annnotation. I replaced it with a revenue booking for the same destination, better class and dates.

I need my refunded cash and Avios. Not only will the £££ be useful towards the new flights when the statement comes in, I need the refund now so as not to launch a new 2-4-1 voucher prematurely.

Any thoughts as to how to speed things up? Thanks.
