Pretty sure the chap I saw on my last CX flight taking a picture of an FA bending down to retrieve something was not an MPC member. He was an oddball from the moment he boarded though. MPC status doesn't factor into it imo other than the dirty old local men who think it's their right to leer at women, be it on a plane or in a Starbucks.
