Looks like UA's revenue managers have decided to stop selling Business class tickets to Europe.

Checked 20 July departure to Amsterdam but the only non-stop option was shown in First class (A).

Checked the business class seatmap which showed loads of empty seats.

Did another search for Brussels, same result, only option was Global First (A).

Tried some other dates in July, same result, business class cannot be booked.

Went over to lufthansa.com for the same routes/dates and, lo and behold, business class bookings (in P class) easily available and bookable on United metal

Called dot.bomb Tech Support and walked them through the same shop requests and they saw the same thing. Eventually they offered to book the flights for me directly in SHARES. I told them to report the problem - it has been going on for over a week.

Does anybody know what is going on? Is this Smisek/J trying to improve his revenues?
