02/17: 1st Citi Exec Card (with option to move credit) cancelled before 30 days
03/03: 2nd Citi Exec Card (with option to move credit) cancelled before 30 days
04/23: 3rd Citi Exec Card (with option to move credit) still open
05/07: 4th Citi Exec Card (no option given to move credit, but didn’t ask either)
For this 4th application I called in (as usually requested) to verify "cell phone" information. However, this time I was placed on the usual 2 minute hold, then the CSR came back saying they are still "processing" and please hold another 2 minutes, then CSR came back and once more asked for me to continue to hold 2 more minutes. Then finally came back and gave me my approval.
They probably were just finishing their morning bagel, but I found it odd that this time my wait resulted in 3 holds.
