The T&C of the first link in the wiki say 'for new accounts only'. Each new account is a new account and eligible for the bonus according to the T&C. Citi could flip a switch in their computers and auto deny second and subsequent apps like they have with the AA platinum cards, but unless/until they do, you are good to go. Just keep an eye on this thread for developments.
