No - the calculator is correct.
The Base Miles for the trip in Y is 12,800. This gets a 75% bump for being in J which gives the 22,400.
The Silver Premium of 25% is also taken from the Base Miles so is 3,200 miles to add to the 22,400 giving 25,600 in total.
I'm assuming you are flying from AKL as your FT details show that's where you're from and the miles number matches.
