Q re miles when going from blue to silver
Flying to Milan next month in J and the flight there will get me to silver with the few points I have already obtained.

I assume that the miles coming back will be with the 25% premium?

However just looking at the calculator, and one way in J is 22400 miles as a blue, but silver is only 25600 miles. Shouldn't that be 28000 miles if there is a 25% premium?
