Possibly not. My SLC-JFK redeye on a 75X a little while ago had nothing, and hardly even a snack basket service during the flight.

But flights out of ANC always get something, especially the long ones. My ANC-LAX redeye last July had that same pastrami sandwich on a pretzel roll. It was really good, and probably one of the best domestic F meals I've had.
