Was planning on traveling tomorrow on award tickets, but will have to cancel for medical reasons, which I can document. Don't have status with UL or travel insurance. Realize I have no right to expect a waiver and am prepared to eat the cost of $400. Was hoping there is a way to throw myself at the mercy of UL to get a waiver. Any suggestions as how to approach this situation?
