El AL's sudden cancellation of its partnership with the H.A.S. Visa Affinity Card is disgraceful. The airline did this with no warning and no grace period. I don't think this is an ethical way to do business.

We were planning a trip to Israel, Summer 2015, and have enough points for 2 RT Business Class tickets.... and now EL AL has screwed us out of them.

It took us 3.5 years to amass the points needed and EL AL has made them worthless.

We have always been loyal to EL AL but will now use another carrier on our trips to Israel.

Any suggestions as to recourse?
