I made it 25 minutes last time. I guess mainly because both of my flight parked very near the terminal that only took about 3 minutes to drive there. And the pathway to go through the 'security check' is really short unlike those mega airport like CDG, LHR. Usually flight from DOH waits for all the transit passengers before push back otherwise Mr Al Baker need to pay those who miss the flight refund and accommodation in the worst case. I am sure you will be fine with 95 minutes
