Did it last September and worked like a charm. Only hiccup was the line upon arrival was a madhouse for the first 10 minute onslaught and then calmed down.
Did quick in/out yesterday, which meant VOA. New system, new counter, the only way to go. They provide form along with other arrival documents inflight, all one needs is photo and $20. Less than 10 minutes, quite civilized this time around
