Iberia has no propietary lounge at FCO however you can use BA's (T3 D gates). Additionally you can use the 3rd party lounge hired by Iberia (Mosaici @ T3 D gates) or AAs 3rd party lounge (Le Anfore @ T3 G gates). In any case set your expectations low...
