I booked an upcoming trip with the official US agent for Aegean. When I bring up my itinerary on e-ticket.aegeanair.com, it does not offer me a method to pay for any bags in advance. It says:
Outbound: (blank)
Inbound : Total baggage pieces: 1
1 piece (Gold Status) up to 23kg

My itinerary includes multiple fare classes and an intra-European excursion in addition to the cross Atlantic return trip. It does not differentiate which segments have which baggage rules. So I believe the 1 bag limit is only for the ATH-FCO-ATH flights in T & S, not the ATH-FRA flight in Q connecting to LH FRA-MCO.
