I called SPG to check if I can get redeem points for 1-bed villa in Sept/Oct and the answer was no. Even though on the website it says that the redeeming may be possible via their hotline. Web shows free nights available only for studio.

Anyone booked their 1-bed with points only?
I plan to go there with two little kids and studio seems small (they also don't provide the cribs).

I'm gold so theoretically can hope to get upgraded from villa to 1-bed, but what if I'm not?
