I bought Mrs S a Rolex at T5 last year and saved about £1400 on the cost price in Bond St. They kept it in the safe for me to collect on my return and it all worked very well indeed. Interestingly though, I was with my father in an Omega store in Manchester a few weeks ago and he was looking at a watch that was about £5000. When I said to the very helpful lady that we might buy it at T5 and save the duty, she instantly said that they "could do something" and effectively matched the price!
