Has anyone actually met people in Revenue Management? I know two people in RM for Southwest. One is in charge of the Southeast and and one for the Midwest region. And sure, it's Southwest and not United, so maybe there are some crazy differences. But they are just people...Each only three years out of school. One with a finance degree and one was marketing. It was the first job of one of them and the other just needed a job...

So I am not saying they don't know what they are doing, but it definitely changed my perception of revenue management.
