First, good on you for redeeming for CX F. As I have said before, sometimes you simply have to see how the 1% live.

Remember in CX F, it is what you want,when you want. Extra caviar is fine if there is any left. Aso, ask them to save some caviar for your eggs with breakfast. I also had "surf 'n turf", consisting of lobster tail and a ribeye (yes, two entrees). Both were excellent. Also, don't forget the tag attached to the pajama bag, you can take it into a store to get some nice handkerchiefs.

At the Wing, it is worth getting a cabana room, even if there is a wait. Being able to take a bath after a long flight is fantastic. If you do that on your outbund, you will be in HK airport the whole time. Also, depending on your times, you can get a very reasonable meal in the F lounge restaurant in HKG.

If you are spending one night in HK, I would spring for a harbor view room at the Intercontinental HK in Kowloon. Take a ten minute walk to the Star pier to take a ferry to Central. Get directions to Victoria Peak , take the tram. Finally, get on the street car along central to take in the sights, there are some local street markets just off the line. There is also a night market where you can get some nice street food.
