Thanx for a very entertaining report.
After a recent trip to Australia with BA/QF in J, I really miss the Finnair-expierience again.
The crew on both BA-flights and on one QF-flight were really terrible. Very few smiles and bad service. I have always recieved better service and food/wine on AY although the IFE is nothing to write home about.
Soon flying to LAX with BA again and after the disappointments from previous flights, not looking forward to fly with them again.
