Well, the worst part for AF is that I would almost bet that EY's Residence and Apartments (and definitely the latter) will be cheaper than AF's "curtain"! This will likely be a no brainer for people who want ultra luxury, and of course I expect some airlines to follow on the EY inflation.
Well, the residence is definitely not cheaper...it's selling 20K$ for a
single (Yep, not a return) AUH-LHR. No awards, no award upgrades. The apartment on the same route for about 5.5K$ for a single (Yep, also not a not a return), and that's a limited saver fare.
