Will be most interested here to find out what caused the runway incursion in the first place. As bad as the delay was, at least nobody was hurt and this could have been a tragedy with deadly consequences.

BTW, the fuse plugs don't lock the brakes, they blow the pressure out of the tires to keep them from exploding due to overheating which can result in catastrophic fires.
