Flying HA F for the First Time- Longhaul
I just booked a mileage ticket using AA MIA-LAX-SFO-HNL-KIX on HA. Then I saw the seats are only 46" pitch in F? Thats really tight, and they don't look very comfortable for a 9hr flight. Is the bulkhead the recommended seat?

Also this is my first time flying HA. What are there lounges, and amenities like? Is there anything I should know about that a first-time HA flyer should know?
