I had an issue with loud crew in row 6 on a daytime flight but not a redeye flight. I suppose it all depends on the crew.
For the first hour or so, row 6 will get a lot of commotion and shaking from the crew walking back and forth doing the meal service.
If you're a light sleeper, consider row 9 or 10.
