Crowne Plaza Istanbul OldTown
Today I received an e-mail from ihg regarding my reservation at the crowne plaza IstanbulOld Town. They informed me that the hotel is no longer part of ihg, and i have to cancel it directly with the hotel.
So for my understanding ihg has to cancel this for me, because I've booked the hotel on ihg.com and not by the hotel.
Has someone experience with such a case?
