My trouble is that my requalification is based on 80K miles over 24 months. I missed the 12-month cut off due to this last minute change in qualification rule. There is no more proof what I have flown to date before the last 12 months.

I think I am missing about 100 or so miles. Hopefully, it is correct.

In any case, having to calculate on your own sounds equally bad.

I cannot believe the things Thai Airways does not do at times.
