I think I would have yelled back, politely, no swearing, just with a raised voice chastising her for talking to you in that matter, calling her out for wanting to save some for herself, and demanding that she apologize or switch with a colleague behind the curtain because you will not tolerate her poor treatment. Complaining now will do no good.
