First - thank you to everyone here for your time and wisdom😊
I took JDiver's advice and emailed Sean Bentel directly and included all documentation emails and asked if he could please assist.
Although he did not respond....lo and behold 5 days later I received a very apologetic email from a real person in the Refund Department saying the refund was initiated and the monies should be showing in the appropriate CC ..... I checked and they were👏👏👏
I don't believe I could have achieved this without all of your help and JDiver's inclusion of a very important direct email address☺️
