My own experience at this hotel on an award was a one category upgrade on the room -- No lounge access was granted - I guess I could have paid for it.
The hotel confirmed this to me;
Reserve -> Upgrade to
Grand Deluxe Room - > Premier Room
Premier Room -> Premier Pool Terrace
Premier Pool Terrace -> Deluxe Suite
Deluxe Suite -> Premier Suite
Premier Suite -> No upgrade
The "standard"-class is not mentioned in this listing, is there really one new class below deluxe? Going there in Oct.
Any tips?
