Jan (HH-G) King Guest (PR13CB) to King Exec + Lounge
Feb (HH-G) King Guest (full Flex Rate) + Hotel sold out later -> 48hours = J/suite, Alcove Suite given at checkin
May(HH-D) King Guest (full Flex Rate) + Hotel sold out later-> 48hours = Alcove/Family suite , Royal Sinjoor (Presidential) Suite showing 10am on the day and still given at 3pm checkin

Location-
o A super really central location. Definitely best location in this city.
o 2km 12min walk from Antwerp Central with trolley suitcase ( 15 euro in a taxi)
o Metro + tram stations 50m away to go further afield when needed.

Atrium/Public spaces
o No queues, well manned, with polite helpful staff
o Large area with tables, chairs and free public wifi
o relatively well equipped gym (although hard to find the first time)

Lounge-
o always nice, breakfast similar to downstairs so I rarely use restaurant for my breakfast.
o Nice nibbles 6pm (andwiches, chicken, shrimps)
o wines 6-8pm
o Beer/cola fridge open before 6pm (not sure when but open for me at 3pm on a weekday checkin)

Restaurant/Room Service Dining -
o Breakfast is fine, but limited choice wise I just take the french bread sticks, proper ham, cheese. Selection of fruit salad, juices, cereals, breads, james etc.
Cooked is scrambled eggs, sausages, streaky bacon, omelet/pancake.
o Limited lunch/dinner food choices for me. And so much choice outside near the hotel.
o I feel a bit bad as I always eat out despite the great upgrade treatment here.

Note- I hope to post Presidential Suite images later.
