No, you cannot change the statement date on this short notice. And it wouldn't matter any way, the operative date is the day the AF posts, and that has already happened.
Do not cancel the card before the miles are in your AA account. You actually have 37 days from the date the AF posts to cancel and get a full refund. So if you are lucky, the miles will post to AA a few days after your next statement posts, giving you a few extra days to cancel.
