When I rent, even as Executive, I prefer to take cars from the traditional Emerald Aisle as I'm not really a "car" person.
Anyway, it seems at every station; when I ask a ground agent which cars have bluetooth (the only feature I give a damn about). I either get no answer, a lie or an "i dont know..um.....um..".
Even people at the counter seem to not know which cars do and don't have it. Is there a reason why National's computers can't tell the person you are asking which cars do and don't have what features???
