Take it you dont have a club card? The last collection day is today. They are on an auto convert but they dont convert until they statement and then it happens automatically. I cant move them myself as they are not there yet as they haven't statemented. I could wait and do them myself after they statement but it will be longer. it is about 100k miles across our accounts I think- some going to Virgin and some to BA.
