Also, DL has made improvements across the board and focused on such, whereas UA seems to think that because DL has a fairly poor FF program, they can match them at the bottom without matching the improvements DL has made. They're improving operationally (when was the last time UA had a day without a single cancellation in the system, something DL has accomplished several times now?).
